Kellie represented the sellers in the sale of their home located at 2875 Stearns Ave NE Palm Bay FL 32905.
The sellers had once used this as their primary residence and initially purchased the home with Kellie's assistance. A few years later they converted it into an Airbnb investment property and made several cosmetic and functional updates to the property.
During the sale, Kellie worked with the sellers to quickly adjust to the changing market and guided the sellers to make some necessary updates to the home to encourage a sale.
During the appraisal process, some additional repairs were needed. Kellie quickly took action to ensure all repairs were completed and ready for the reinspection. About three days before the scheduled closing date, the buyer's original lender notified the buyer that they would not be able to approve his loan.
Kellie was not ready to give up after all the hard work that she and the sellers had done to come this far. Kellie contacted the local lender that she works with (Shoutout to Shannon Edwards at Morgan Financial!) to see if there was any chance of saving the deal.
The buyer agreed to speak with Shannon, and within 3 days their loan was fully approved! We successfully closed on this home today, just 2 weeks after the original scheduled closing date.
